Creative Lead

This a great opportunity for an experienced Creative Lead 2D (Or a seasoned Senior Designer) to join a leading integrated full-service comms agency in London. There will be big a focus on Brand Activation, Events, Exhibition and Experiential design! This will still be very much hands-on and you will manage a couple of brilliant midweights!
 
Live Event Design experience is essential for this role
 
Working on behalf of clients in Sport, Retail, Tech and much more - really exciting campaigns and projects! Scope for progression and grow within the role/ studio.
 
Location: Central London (Hybrid working, 3 days in the office)
Salary: 60k+
 
Main Activities:
Work closely with the agency's creative strategy team (Designers, 3D Designers, Copywriters, Content Creators) to define and execute briefs.
Present concepts both internally and externally
Producing best-in-class design work, pushing boundaries and briefs
Design and Art Direction
Produce and direct design through to completion (e.g Idea to handing over to Artworker)
Attend client meetings to understand the client's needs and strategy
Support wide creative team with larger integrated projects, as well as leading on solo campaign work
Working on both Small & Large format print for events/ activations  
Responsibilities and Skills:
The ability to craft from ideation through to execution
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Ability to work solo or as a part of a wider team
A candidate that lives and breathes design.
Passion for brand, digital, content, print
Be confident in pitching your ideas internally and with clients
Willingness to get stuck in, as well as direct
Proficient using Abobe suite
