Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Administrator who will play a crucial role in our operations on a temporary ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with Unleashed or any ERP software, proficiency in managing online platforms such as Website World, Shopify, or eShop, and a strong command of MS Office. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* ERP Management:

* Maintain and update the ERP system (preferably Unleashed, or similar software) to ensure data accuracy.

* Generate and analyze reports from the ERP system to support business decisions.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP-related issues.

* E-Commerce Platform Management:

* Manage and update online stores on platforms such as Website World, Shopify, and eShop.

* Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.

* Coordinate with the marketing team to implement owinline promotions and updates.

* Administrative Support:

* Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

* Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication management.

* Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

* MS Office Proficiency:

* Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

* Develop and maintain templates, reports, and other business documents.

* Ensure seamless integration and usage of MS Office tools across the organization.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.

* Proficiency in using ERP software (Unleashed preferred, but others considered).

* Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Website World, Shopify, and eShop.

* Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

* 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Compensation:

* £15 per hour
