Our client is looking for a Part-Time Data Manager to play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining critical data elements, with a specific focus on Individualised Learner Record (ILR) reporting. Working on Thursdays and Fridays, the Data Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and compliance of ILR data, while also contributing to broader data management tasks within the company.
ILR Reporting:
* Lead the preparation and submission of ILR reports to regulatory authorities, ensuring adherence to reporting requirements.
* Stay informed about ILR-related updates or changes in regulations and incorporate them into the company reporting processes.
Data Entry and Maintenance:
* Meticulously input and update student and staff information in the database, with a particular emphasis on ILR data elements.
* Regularly review and cleanse database records to uphold data integrity.
Reporting:
* Generate and distribute reports as required by various departments, giving special attention to ILR-related reporting needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate information, particularly in the context of ILR data.
Data Security and Compliance:
* Implement and enforce data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information, with a specific focus on ILR data.
* Ensure strict compliance with relevant data protection regulations and policies related to ILR reporting.
Troubleshooting:
* Address and resolve data-related issues promptly, collaborating with IT support if necessary.
* Provide training and support to staff on data-related tools and processes, especially those related to ILR data elements.
ILR Data Accuracy:
* Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to guarantee the accuracy of ILR data.
* Conduct regular audits to verify ILR data against company records.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in ILR reporting and data management is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in using data management tools and software.
* Familiarity with data protection regulations, particularly those related to ILR reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
