Xpertise Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level .NET Developer to join a leading travel and tourism business.
Role: Mid-Level .NET Developer
Salary: £40-£50k (DOE)
Location: Liverpool (hybrid working, 2 days on site per week)
About the role:
Our client is a fast-paced organization and currently undergoing global expansion. You will form part of a new team, working alongside Mid/Senior Level Developers and reporting into a Lead. It’s a fantastic opportunity to develop within a tight-knit team, ultimately making a difference to thousands of people’s lives around the world.
What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features.
Enhance and maintain an existing Umbraco e-commerce solution.
Integrate with various third-party systems including custom CRM and booking management solutions.
Identify and resolve software issues, optimize performance, and explore emerging technologies.
What you’ll need:
At least 2 years’ experience in software development working with C#/.NET.
Proficiency in full-stack development including HTML, SASS, and JavaScript.
Experience developing and maintaining customer-facing websites with a strong emphasis on user experience and interface design.
Comfortable with CSS and other styling tools to create visually appealing and responsive designs.
Strong understanding of the MVC design pattern and SQL databases like SQL Server or MySQL.
Hands-on experience in Agile environments, applying best practices for efficient development.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably AWS CodePipelines or similar.
Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders and teamwork experience with multiple developers.
Version Control: Proficient in GIT and other source control processes.
