Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support the practice group with management for the firms debtors
Focus on both client and customer satisfaction and delivering a high quality service
Assisting in identifying and implementing process improvement that maximise efficiency
Enforcement of company policy and dealing with any client queries or issues
Daily bad debt reviews
Liaising with internal and external clients to progress payment of invoices
Engaging in discussions with the practice team on debtor issues
Account reconciliationsProfile
Successful candidate:
Worked in a similar role with exposure to finance
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft packages
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a teamJob Offer
Salary up to £25,500 per annum + Hybrid working + Pension + 25 days holiday (plus banks on top) + Progression
