Technical Supervisor

£45,000 + 27 Days Holiday + 8 BH
Your new company
* A leading Facilities Management & Technical Services provider predominantly hard services covering the UK.
Your new role
* Working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hour week, across a commercial healthcare site, based in Mitcham.
* Overseeing a team of multi-skilled engineers, managing logbooks and compliance, ensuring the team meet SLA's, driving team performance, overseeing contractors, working closely with the technical manager.
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to assist the team including, emergancy light testing, fire alarm testing, filter changes on AHU's, basic plumbing, water hygne, flushing and more facilities maintenance duties.
What you'll need to succeed
* The ideal candidate will have experience in the FM / building services industry, carrying out the above duties.
* Managed/ Supervised a team previously would be ideal.
* Looking to speak with candidates who are keen to continue progressing and come from a technical background.
