Greenacre Recruitment are interested in hiring a new Talent Acquistion Consultant for their growing team. We are looking at individuals who are excited to speak with candidates to help them find their next role. Someone who can work at pace and enjoy a busy environment.

Job Purpose:

To ensure that the Operational Team has a plentiful supply of suitable Candidates across all sectors that we operate within and in line with current requirements and trends.

Job Description

* Undertake proactive candidate sourcing activities to ensure a balanced candidate base is always in place.

* Update and maintain the candidate database, through regular liaison, thus ensuring that all records are accurate.

* Take up candidate references ensuring that this is executed in an orderly and timely fashion

* Support consultants in presenting and discussing job opportunities with respective candidates.

* Proactively recommend candidates for existing vacancies and new business leads

* Actively participate in undertaking first round candidate interviews – in person and by telephone

* Format candidate CVs into our format

* Provide administrative support in relation to existing and prospective candidate applications for example, checking Eligibility to Work in the UK.

* Prepare and advertise new job vacancies on all relevant internet based media

* Update and contribute to Greenacre’s internet based social media platforms

* Where appropriate actively participate with team jobs meetings

Person Specification:

* A keen eye for detail to spot potential talent

* Inquisitive in nature with the ability to actively listen

* Excellent customer service and quality standards

* The willingness to go above and beyond for our candidates

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strength of character and a sense of humour

* Self-awareness and willingness to learn

* Calls made to existing candidates

* Calls made to perspective candidates

* Candidate (phone) Interviews conducted

* Leads generated from candidates

* Candidates sourced attending internal registrations

* Candidates sourced attending Client interview

* Candidates sourced successfully placed

* Vacancies advertised
