Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of over £50 million per annum. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments. Project values vary from £5m - £20m.
About the role
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m - £20m.
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.
About the requirements
* This role is best suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor with demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
* Ideally be Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.
* 2+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
