Job Title: Facilities Engineer

The company
My client are a highly regarded food manufacturing PLC. The business operates across the UK from several, well invested manufacturing facilities, delivering a fantastic range of premium products.
As part of their continued growth, they now seek to appoint a Facilities Engineer at their site based in Lincolnshire.
The role
Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of my client’s facilities and infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimising various site services, including but not limited to the effluent plant, boilers, electrical systems, plumbing, security, and overall facility functionality.
The person
Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance and troubleshooting. Previous experience in a food manufacturing business would be advantageous.
