Our client is looking for proven IT Support Engineers who have experience wearing many hats, and enjoys a variety of troubleshooting and project tasks!
This role is based in Theale, Reading.

Your Role
You'll join a small dynamic team, who are responsible for supporting the UK IT Infrastructure.
You'll be involved in providing technical support to users and working with IT Manager on IT projects across the business.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the IT systems are running smoothly and effectively, whilst working on improvements for the global IT Infrastructure.
This role is perfect for someone who loves to be involved in a range of tasks, whilst working in environment that encourages self development on both a technical and personal level.
As the team expands their will be more opportunities to progress in the company, offering exciting career prospects.
Key Skills
· Experience working in an IT Support or IT Systems Administrator role
· Experience working with both Windows and Linux OS's.
· Experience supporting Microsoft O365 suite
· Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory
· Experience working with Networking technology, such as Networking Protocols, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VLAN's etc...
· Excellent communication skills
· Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car, to travel to Maidenhead and Bristol (not frequently).
