Pertemps Crawley are seeking an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment division are our offices in Central Crawley.
Working hours: 8:30am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 5pm Fridays.
This is an entry level role and you will be provided with all the training and tools required to make a success in the industry.
The role will involve:
Sourcing new business leads and building relationships
Meeting and exceeding KPI and SLA targets
Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels to sell our recruitment service
Attracting and sourcing candidates via adverts, job boards & social media
Interviewing prospective candidates via telephone, video and in-person
Attend client meetings to discuss new business and review current services
The Ideal Trainee Consultant will have the following knowledge, skills & experience:
Previous work experience in a Sourcing or Sales environment
A confident and engaging communicator with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
Target driven and able to work towards achievable targets
Tenacious and competitive nature
Competent IT user and able to pick up new systems quickly
You will receive:
Basic salary up to £25,000pa depending on experience
Uncapped monthly commission and regular incentives
24 days holiday + bank holidays & increasing for every year of service to 29
