We are currently on the lookout for a Mobile Engineer (Multi - Trade) in Islington.
The Role:
Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Carry out installation and commissioning of equipment and fixtures as needed.
Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and disruption.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors to ensure clear and effective coordination of work activities.
Provide technical advice and support to clients and colleagues as required.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.The Candidate:
Proven experience as a Mobile Engineer or Multi-Trade Technician, preferably in a facilities management or building services environment.
Proficiency in multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in Electrical Installation, Plumbing, or Carpentry.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Islington area.How to Apply:
