Technical Supervisor
Burton Upon Trent
£40,000 - £45,000 + 25 days hol + benefits package
Your new company
* A globally recognised Facilities Management service provider widely known as the UK’s number one.
Your new role
* Leading planned and reactive maintenance including electrical, mechanical and fabric services.
* Ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site.
* Playing a key role in managing, maintaining, and developing the client relationship.
* You will lead a team of 4 engineers plus sub-contractors ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered and maintained.
What you'll need to succeed
* A strong M&E maintenance background holding technical qualifications
* Experience of working in a client facing environment.
* Those looking to apply should have a high level of both written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to demonstrate a proven track record managing multi-disciplined teams including recruitment, disciplinaries, grievances, appraisals, and performance management
