Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Harrow - Monday - Sunday 37.5 hours (7.5 hour days)
Up to £55,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer in the North West London area, avoiding the hassle of commuting to Central London, working for a market leading Building Service Provider.
This role will involve PPM and Reactive maintenance on Mechanical and Electrical systems, filling out logbooks, liaising with subcontractors. A unique opportunity to work 37.5 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days across Monday - Sunday and working 7.5 hour days.
Duties:
PPMs & Reactive maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical)
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Execute necessary repairs, replacements, or upgrades to electrical components and systems.
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems and Pumps
Health & Safety
Logbooks
Risk assessments
Permits to work
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Create and update documentation related to electrical systems and equipment. Requirements:
City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection & Testing & BS7671 18th Edition (minimum)
Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
Strong experience with HVAC systems and being able to conduct regular inspections of ventilation systems
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and regulations. Salary and Benefits:
Upto £55,000 per annum
37.5 hours across Monday - Sunday (2 days off per week & 7.5 hour days)
