The role

As a key member of Broadacres Property Services Management Team, you will provide leadership and strategic direction across organisational teams ensuring effective delivery of repair and maintenance operations. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring all operations in relation to repairs and maintenance, to provide an outstanding customer experience of the repairs service.

You will also be responsible for responsive repairs, complex repairs, Decent Homes Surveys, HHSRS, Homes (Fitness for Habitation), adaptations, Energy Performance surveys and inspections related to Broadacres estates.

What we are looking for:

Deliver repair services that focus on being right first time to maximise customer satisfaction and value for money.

To be responsible for collecting, recording and analysing information on our property portfolio to deliver effective business planning and compliance with legislation and standards.

Lead and manage internal teams, external partners and/or contractors, monitoring performance and delivery.

Analyse and manage data to ensure that the maintenance service and Technical Team is performing at an optimum in contributing to corporate objectives.

Manage responsive repairs, and support teams, including the supervision of internal colleagues and external contractors and partners, to deliver a high quality, value for money service, maximising customer experience.

Work in conjunction with the Head of Property Services and Head of Financial Performance to develop the annual budget for the areas of responsibility, within timescale and ensuring value for money targets are met.

Monitor performance through formal appraisals and/or contract reviews and informal leadership methods, to provide constructive feedback and support as necessary, identifying training needs and leading service improvements.
