What you will be doing
To manage a number of the Tier one vendors day to day including ownership of a business plan and monthly scorecard. Also driving and managing the vendor and alliances programs, technical training and roadmap detail, links and reports into Siebel and full support and orchestration into all relative business units, OCV and Fusion programs.
* Support the Sales team by managing the agreed Tier one vendors/partners to ensure delivery of agreed results and activities – build propositions and strategy for clarity of “go to market” and focus.
* Work with the vendors to ensure full support into Ricoh, we are up to date on all partner programs so we can gain maximum % discounts on technology
* Manage full deal registration and rebate process from creation to collection to ensure full return on projects via rebate, bid and promotions.
* Keep abreast of latest technologies and alliances and how they fit into the Ricoh USP. Identify new service wrap and packaged service solutions we can build via ITS Express and the ITS sales teams so we can provide proven packages to grow the ITS Express target to £1m in FY15 and ITS by £2m.
* Work closely with all teams internally to maintain accreditations and enablement plan, this will give us ability to deliver additional services to increase profit and service up-sell. Be familiar with our multi-vendor strategy and marketing straplines, Mobility, Productivity, Agility and Sustainability.
* Manage database within the intranet for all relevant data to provide and automate all sales and technical information current and relevant to our propositions.
* Identify promotions, key advantages, and renewal data info for maximizing of revenues and upselling Ricoh technologies. Have knowledge of breaking innovations that will build relevance to Ricoh’s business across not only the ITS vendor portfolio but the entire Ricoh portfolio for full service ownership and lower client TCO, which will add huge future value.
* Work with IAM’s to ensure correct pricing application and re working of funds to propagate deals.
