We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team.
Here are the details of the position:
Job title: Site Manager
Location: Sunderland, SR5
Start Date: ASAP
CSCS mandatory
The position is full-time.
Working Arrangement: Mon-Fri
Payrate: £280 PAYE per day or 350 (CIS)
Role:
Previous housing experience
The job involves the project management of the new build site identified below to Practical Completion, including NHBC sign off so ideally experience in this aspect of work.
Site has have multiple plots nearing completion, utilities will need final connection in some instances and some infrastructure works including NWL adoptions etc
