This is an exciting opportunity for a Estate agent valuer who is looking for a rewarding career with a well established and leading company who are actively growing their portfolio.
Duties & responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times to encourage commendations and recommendations.
* Attend valuations and negotiate prices with landlords to achieve a larger property portfolio
* Market appraisals
* Negotiating offers to the point of sale and exchange
* Managing clients, keeping them updated at all times
* Registering applicants and identifying opportunities
* Identifying opportunities to grow the business
* Estimating market value of properties
* Conducting detailed property and site inspections
Key Skills and requirements:
* 2 years worth of experience in sales
* Proud of providing an excellent service
* Thrives in a busy environment
* A desire to grow as an individual
* Due to the job role a Full UK driving licence will be needed
Hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm (Saturdays on a rota basis)
Pay - £23,000 - £25,000 (OTE £40,000) + Commission
Location - Newbury
Terms - Permanent
