Deputy Manager
Salary: £34,164 - £37,960 per annum + Yearly Pay Increments
Hours: Full-time
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
HCR is searching for a deputy manager to join a reputable prestigious provider that has been running since the 1990’s! The deputy manager will be added to the team as an additional manager and will support the registered manager in the day-to-day management empowering team members to promote the highest standards of residential and nursing care.
The Deputy Manager Duties:
Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day operation and running of the service ensuring safe care.
Safeguard residents from avoidable harm and abuse.
Risk management and be able to eliminate risk through prevention strategies.
Promote positive behaviors.
Ensure staff members provide excellent care on time.
Liaise with internal and external professionals.
Conduct regular staff meetings documenting key points.
Deputy Manager Requirements:
Knowledgeable on CQC, compliance, policies, regulations, and legislation.
To have a minimum NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent to level 3 or above.
Must be experienced in dementia and residential care.
To have worked in a senior role within care
Be registered to work in the UK!
