Job Opportunity: Home Manager for National Care Organization

We are currently seeking a dedicated Home Manager to join a leading national care organization based in Dundee. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Position: Home Manager
Location: Dundee
Salary: £50,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Manage budgets effectively, monitoring expenditure and identifying areas for cost-saving initiatives where possible.
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure the holistic care needs of residents are met.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home setting.
A valid NMC PIN (Nursing and Midwifery Council) is desirable but not essential.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
