Associate Building Surveyor - Leeds

TSA Surveying is representing a well-established building consultancy that is strategically expanding across England by opening a Leeds office. They seek an ambitious Associate Building Surveyor to lead the office, advance their career and potentially become a partner within the next 2 to 5 years. They consultancy currently has five offices in England and, due to the success of the Manchester office and growing demand in Yorkshire, they are establishing the Leeds office.
The client is flexible with the location of the successful candidate, either in the Manchester or Leeds area, with a long-term objective for this individual to oversee the Leeds office and grow and manage their team to handle Yorkshire jobs. The Manchester office currently consists of 19 people, including six building surveyors at various levels, and has consistently overachieved its fee targets. National travel will be minimal as most work is local and will become even more so once the Leeds office is operational.
The client handles a variety of work, including large multi-year projects, surveys for schools and sanctuary groups as well as refurbishment projects for frameworks and clients such as the British Heart Foundation. The work is diverse, balancing project management and surveys.
