Full Circle Property Management is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our properties. Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and general upkeep.
Handle maintenance requests from tenants and promptly address any issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC system problems.
Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure that properties are in compliance with safety and health regulations.
Coordinate with external service providers for larger repairs and projects.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Assist with property inspections and inventory checks.
Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and place orders when necessary.

Requirements
In-Person work at our Burlington, VT office location and surrounding Chittenden County area
Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent, additional technical certifications are a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
