They are seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join their Existing Buildings team in London. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage high-profile projects, contributing to the refurbishment and fit-out of commercial offices. You will work alongside a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional engineering solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage mechanical engineering aspects of refurbishment and fit-out projects.
* Develop and design HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and innovative building services solutions.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
* Prepare technical reports, specifications, and tender documents.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
