Graphic Designer

Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be representing an exciting and fast growing Manufacture/distributor of high demanded and popular product business based in Sutton Coldfield.

Due to recent growth, our client have the requirement for a Graphic Designer to join the business in their growing and fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate will be details and creative individual working within a fast-paced environment and have at least 5 years’ experience working within product design

Key responsibilities:

* Oversee the creation of visual assets, including digital graphics, illustrations, video renderings, branding materials, packaging presentations and marketing collateral.

* Maintain VC and sub-brands websites from a visual standpoint; ensuring product website photography and artwork banners are up to date and relevant for the company’s direction in its marketing and sales approach.

* Management of social media materials and campaigns for VC and sub-brands under the VC manufacturing arm.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand design needs and objectives to best match the goals of the company.

* Develop and implement design strategies and processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

* Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

* Collaborate with external sources including distributors, manufacturers, and social media influencers as being a point of contact for all graphics and marketing materials for the in-house brands.

* Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying insights to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of design work.

* Provide art direction and creative leadership, guiding the development of visual concepts and solutions that meet brand objectives.

* Research marketing and branding materials used within the industry to make sure all brands under the VC manufacturing arm are staying current within their respective markets.

* Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting creativity, innovation, and professional development among team members.

* Strong experience in creating materials using Abode Creative Cloud such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier Pro is imperative.

* Proven ability to work creatively within brand guidelines.

* Experience in creating marketing materials using current and new software i.e. Blender, AfterEffects or other 3D modelling tools.

* Willingness to adapt to new roles and learn new skills to grow with the brand and company.
