We are currently working exclusively with Havencare Homes And Support who are looking for a Community Housing Manager to join their team. This role is offering brilliant training opportunities, and is suitable for someone who wants to progress into the Head Of Housing.

Role Title: Community Housing Manager
Salary: £38,000 to £42,000
Location: Plymouth

Community Housing Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and develop people
Develop and manage ethical, specialist community housing operations
Sustainably build and manage Havencare Homes' property portfolio
Achieve and maintain reputation as a trusted Registered Provider of Housing (RPH)
Collective leadership of wider risks, priorities, stakeholder engagement, and projects

Community Housing Manager Requirements:

Proven work experience working with a Housing Association in a General Needs setting
Have experience within leading a housing team
Knowledge of housing policy, tenancy agreements, sign ups and governance
