Business Development Manager

A Business Development Manager is required to join a talented team in the Wolverhampton area, to source new customers for a bespoke business solution company. This Business Developer role is a full-time role based in their Wolverhampton office with travel throughout the UK for sales meetings, consulting and the support or service role out.
The role will involve :
* Introducing the services through networking, cold calling, marketing, and field sales to industry specific companies.
* Working to business targets to achieve a group target and balance of new business and retention.
* Creating informative marketing and approaches with the support of the marketing team.
* Creating and developing an effective CRM / database.
* Presenting effective and operationally minded solutions to business owners.
* Building continuous improvement throughout and identifying solutions and benefits.
* Attending numerous trade events to either network or host a stand or presentation.
* Assessing and testing new lines of service and supporting the team with development.
We are looking for :
* Outstanding communication skills and a great rapport builder.
* Proven track-record of generating new business and involvement with roll out of service.
* Account management skills and development of national accounts.
* Full driving licence (there is shared access to a pool car.)
* A positive and consultative character who brings energy and commitment to work.
The company is offering a starting salary of circa £35000, plus bonuses. 25 days holiday plus stats, health and wellbeing programme, great bonus and a chance to join them at the start of their new development with a clear career path.
