We are supporting an NHS organisation in the Yorkshire region to recruit an interim to support on people culture improvement and innovation programmes. The role will have a strong bias on ED&I.

Main role responsibilities:

Managing performance against strategic objectives annual plan to drive transformational culture change;
Provide thought leadership and direction which support continuous development and support across the employee lifecycle;
Support the development and implementation of organisational development strategies and high impact interventions which enable culture change, new ways of working, employee engagement and effective teams to strengthen resilience, positive relationships and a great place to work for all;
Provide expert advice, support and intervention support (e.g. Organisation design, People & Team processes, Behaviour change etc);
Work in partnership with key stakeholders to shape the conditions for a values led, compassionate and quality focussed culture which drives engagement, enablement and positive employee experience for all;
Work in partnership with Senior People Leadership team to identify, design and deliver leading edge talent programmes which support growth, engagement and career mobility; creating plans to identify and close gaps in leadership competency, knowledge, skills and behaviours for the future;
Lead the development of values led leadership and management development frameworks, pathways and programs;
Support infrastructure to facilitate access to coaching, mentoring and supervision;
Delivery of the Client obligations driven through the Equality Act 2010 and other diversity standards and guidance;
Support the Trust to provide timely and accurate data in respect of all its reporting and requirements including the Gender Pay Gap report, the WDES and WRRES reports;
Drive development of leading practices for employee engagement frameworks and strategies, including the administration, reporting and action planning for staff surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
Essential skills and experience:

Associate CIPD Status or equivalent by experience;
Strong experience on ED&I;
Evidence of successful career experience within OD within a complex, diverse and large organisation.
