Position: RN-Specialty Coordinator-Full Time, Day Shift

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated RN-Specialty Coordinator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited nursing program, upon hire attain a California Registered Nurse License, upon hire have National Provider BLS- American Heart Association Certification, upon hire have CNOR certification, and 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
You will be working under the supervision of the Surgery Manager, the RN Specialty Coordinator is a professional Registered Nurse with demonstrated leadership and administrative competence in the operating room, responsible for the coordination of a surgery specialty service-line. The individual in this position represents the company's Surgical Services Department by interpreting and applying policies and nursing practice guidelines, planning and coordinating day to day unit operations and assuming accountability for utilization of human and material resources by managing those resources within established budgetary guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Upon hire: CNOR certification
1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
