NCG Associates is a reputable healthcare staffing company known for providing exceptional nursing professionals to healthcare facilities nationwide. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Telehealth to join our team as a Tele Registered Nurse. As a Tele RN at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to provide remote patient care and support through telecommunication technologies.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive remote patient assessments via telecommunication technologies
Provide appropriate medical advice and triage patients based on their symptoms and health conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and medical information remotely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide patient education and emotional support remotely
Assist with remote medical procedures and examinations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic systems
Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and telemedicine protocols
Stay current on telehealth practices and participate in continuing education
Requirements
Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Minimum 2 years recent Telemetry experience in the last 18 months in a Hospital setting, Must have a minimum of 1 year travel exp.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice
Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for remote patient interactions
Ability to work independently and remotely
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
Experience with telecommunication technologies and electronic medical records systems

Pay Rate: $1,800@36hrs Weekly

Hours per Week: 36
Shift and Time: 12hr Nights; 1845-0715
Weekend Rotation: Every Other Required
On-call Requirements: None
Holidays Requirements: Required based on unit needs
Floating Requirements: Will float to all acute care units
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years recent Telemetry experience in the last 18 months in a Hospital setting, Must have a minimum of 1 year travel exp. License Required: KS RN or Compact RN License
Certificates Required: BLS & ACLS
Housing Assistant: Provided
Sign on bonus on second pay check: $200
