Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand exposure and engagement
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts and respond to customer queries and comments in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Analyze social media data and metrics to track and optimize performance
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated social media campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key industry professionals to expand our brand reach
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven working experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics
Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
