Strong Force Staffing, a premier Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider, is actively seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for a top client in the healthcare sector. This flexible role allows you to provide essential physical therapy services directly in clients' homes, adapting to their specific rehabilitation needs. This position offers competitive pay based on visit type and the freedom to manage your schedule.
Pay: $70 - $100 per hour, depending on visit type
Type: Field role, on a per diem basis
Hiring Decision: Made by client agency
Responsibilities:
Plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment.
Perform assessments, diagnostic tests, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Implement interventions tailored to patient needs and environments.
Requirements:
License: Active Physical Therapy license in Ohio with no restrictions
Experience: Minimum of two years preferred in health care or home health settings
Skills: Proficient in physical therapy protocols and patient assessment
