As the Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the standards of care delivered by both qualified and unqualified care staff.
Assisting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and business goals.
Preparing the staff duty rota to maintain appropriate staffing levels at all times.
Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, updating care plans as necessary, and ensuring written records reflect any changes.
Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, their relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals.Package and Benefits:

As the Clinical Lead, you'll receive:

An hourly salary of £21.93.

Be currently working as a Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead.
Have strong leadership skills and high motivation.
Have a friendly and caring attitude.
Be able to engage well with residents and their families.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Have experience of working with people with Dementia.
