EV Business Development Manager - South London - 40-60k Basic + Commission & Bonuses
Alecto Recruitment are working with a leading installer of EV charging solutions, providing services nationwide. Our client specialises in home, commercial, and housing development EV charging installations, offering bespoke solutions to their customers.
With a large period of growth upon them, our client is currently looking to expand their internal sales team with an exciting full time permanent employment opportunity for a driven EV Business Development Manager to manage existing relationships and bring new customers to the business.
This position will be the start of a long-term sales development plan, with the scope to progress to a business development/sales director role and grow a new business division as the company expands.
Package:
£40,000-£60,000 Basic + Commission & Bonuses (Package is highly negotiable dependent on experience)
Hybrid working with 3 days from home and 2 days in the office per week.The Role:

Selling EV charging solutions to new and existing customers.
Daily outbound contact with potential customers.
Hosting Microsoft teams meetings and face-to-face meetings.
Liaising with customers and providing excellent customer service.
Provide sales reports.
Observing system design and creating proposals for customers.Requirements:
2+ years experience in renewable energy sales, ideally EV charging
Good working knowledge EV charging is ideal, any solar PV knowledge is a bonus.
Full UK driving licence and open to travelling for face-to-face meetings as needed.
Applicants should have a strong track record of domestic or commercial project sales / business to consumer or business to business sales.
