We are currently working with an established Housing Association within the South West, who are looking to add an experienced Customer Service & Complaints Officer to join their team due to ongoing work. With this role there is a benefit of development and progression opportunities. Customer Service & Complaints Officer
Salary: From £26,765
Working Hours: Monday Friday
Location: Bristol

As Customer Service & Complaints Officer you will be working on the Experience & Insight Team assisting with:

Accurate logging of complaints, customer interactions and suggestions
Liaise with internal teams and managers to produce performance charts in line with complaint management
Ensure a high-quality level of customer service is provided by supporting with quality checks to tenants contacting the team
Follow and deliver complaints management processes, logging complaints, responses and tracking steps made to resolve them
Accurately update inhouse systems with information
General admin duties
Aid involvement and development, attending meetings and/or events where necessary
To be successful in this Customer Service & Complaints Officer role you will need to:

Be experienced in handling escalated complaints
Experienced in dealing with customers in difficult and stressful situations
Have great communication and customer service skills
Have previous Social Housing experience
