Job Description:As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our administrative team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining calendars
Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
Assisting with document preparation, including drafting emails, letters, and reports
Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files and records
Assisting with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Providing general administrative support to executives and team members as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar capacity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
Familiarity with office equipment and basic office management practices
