A mid-sized accounting firm committed to providing exceptional client accounting services is currently recruiting a talented individual to join their team as a Client Accounting Services Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work with privately held companies
Key responsibilities:
Perform accounting services, including bank and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, compile financial statements, create/maintain financial projections, etc.
Prepare schedules needed for external auditors and tax return preparers.
Assist with researching, implementing, training on new accounting software.
Interview accounting personnel for permanent placement.
Assist with managing, training, and developing staff.
Manage a team of 5.
Key experience and skills
Bachelors or masters degree in accounting.
CPA License required.
5+ years of experience in audit or accounting services at  mid-market CPA firm
Experience working with privately held companies
Experience supervising and mentoring staff.
Daily access to a vehicle for commuting to and from offices and clients as needed.
Open to Hybrid Set-up: Audit staff need to be on site at client locations and in the office as determined by clients and team leads.
