Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Manager/Site Agent with excellent communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a new housing development project, with a specific focus on civils and infrastructure including roads, roundabouts, sewers, and drainage systems. The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless coordination between the project team and the client, ultimately driving project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage all aspects of the site construction activities related to civils and infrastructure.

* Liaise with the client regularly to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide project updates.

* Attend client meetings to discuss project progress, milestones, and any issues that may arise.

* Oversee paperwork including contracts, permits, and compliance documentation.

* Conduct site inductions for new personnel and ensure all workers adhere to safety regulations and procedures.

* Collaborate with project stakeholders including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.

* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.

* Address any on-site challenges or issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Agent, or similar role in the construction industry, with a focus on civils and infrastructure projects.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

* Sound knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

* Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
