Careat are actively seeking a committed Registered Manager to become part of a dynamic healthcare team in Dundee. The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you'll be:

* Ensuring compliance with Care regulations.

* Be a team leader, have stamina, be kind and compassionate.

* Manage and work with a varied team from owners, support co-ordinators and care professionals.

* Oversee staff reviews, development and progressions.

* Promote the highest standards of care and service.

* Committing to drive the business forward.

* Manage client consultations and family contacts.

* Be reliable, honest and keep team motivation.

* You will be responsible for managing on call out of hours cover with your team.

The ideal candidate for this Registered Manager role will have:

* Is experienced in leading a team to provide quality, care at home services.

The Package:
